When will the Cashier’s/Registrar’s Office be open to cater WALK-IN business transactions?

The Cashier/Registrar’s Office will be open to cater on-site transactions on the following schedules:

Business Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 - 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 - 4:30 p.m.

How can we request school credentials for students who need to transfer to other schools?

Requests for student records can be done through walk-in transactions at the Registrar’s Office.

How soon can we release Student Records once a request has been made?

The schedule of releasing documents would depend on the type of document requested. Please be guided of St. John’s established standard process in releasing school credentials:
